Guided Meditation | Ajahn Brahm | 29 July 2023

Ajahn Brahm teaches of the importance of understanding the Buddhist teachings and practising them. Ajahn shares one of his favourite Dhammapada sayings: “there is no wisdom without the deep meditations of Jhanas, and there is no deep meditation without wisdom. Those who have both are in the presence of Nirvana.”
